A Rainbow Windmill

The weather has improved over the course of the day and now the sun has broken through the clouds and the sky is blue. On Govan Road, most of the roller shutters are down for the evening. Young yins discuss who's getting the drink, Time to cross the road and get some sunshine.
A mother and son sit atop a bread basket outside their shop and wait for the arrival of the Govan Fair Queen and procession. He holds a rainbow windmill in his hand, but there's no breath of wind to blow it tonight.
